Starbucks

The proposed 2,200 SF Starbucks’ building is intended to present a unique architectural “gateway” design vocabulary for the Town of Gilbert. This design evokes a modern style with folded metals, sand-blasted CMU, exposed steel and reclaimed face bricks. A “Welcome to Gilbert” sign is to be included at the intersection.
