TRUMBULL MODEL CENTER

The 3-story, 2,800 SF model center, built out of decommissioned shipping containers located near Downtown Detroit is the headquarters and sales offices for Three Squared Inc, and model center. The model center showcases a fully furnished one-bedroom 750 SF condominium. The interior design and office brand development strategy was to create a connection between the affluent Corktown neighborhood and Three Squared’s vision for faster, stronger and affordable urban modern living lifestyle construction.
